New Owners of Bosphorus Cymbals USA
 After putting together a team to buy the company that markets and distributes Bosphorus cymbals in North America, I started a new career as the President of Bosphorus Cymbals, USA. I still remain active as a free-lance drummer though. The Bosphorus USA team is: Jeff Hamilton, Bill Norman and yours truly, pictured here after signing the papers in Newport Beach, CA in 2004.

On occassion I have the pleasure of playing a gig with my son Keviin on guitar. This time is was the Courtenay Collins Show for a four night stand at Libby's. He did a great job reading her show. Hopefully we'll play many more dates together.

2006 Suzi Bass Awards Presented
The Atlanta professional theatrical community celebrated itself as over 200 artists, creative and administrative staffs, patrons and fans came together as the 2006 Suzi Bass Awards were presented last evening at the 14th Street Playhouse. Libby Whitemore, a local cabaret and musical theatre favorite, opened the evening and swept up the crowd with her opening musical selection. Excitement filled the room on a beautiful Atlanta evening.
Alliance Theatre's rousing production of Jelly's Last Jam, which had a revised orchestration commissioned for this production, garnered the most awards of the evening taking seven prizes for Outstanding Production - Musical, Director (Kent Gash), Lead Actress (Karole Foreman), Lead Actor (J.D. Godblatt), Featured Actress (LaVon Fisher), Music Direction (Darryl G. Ivey) and Choreography (Kent Gash & Byron Easley).
